Great pride exists at Tuffer on turning extremely close tolerance machining jobs around in a minimum amount of time.  We are a policy and procedure oriented company working with D1-9000 rev. A Approvals (manuals available on request).

When you examine our equipment list, you'll see incredibly diverse capabilities.  Tuffer can produce the smallest, tight-tolerance purchased part up to a 6-foot aircraft structural part with mold line.  Each part is then inspected for perfection on our new Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine.

When your order is received at Tuffer, it will be carefully screened to your command media, then planned by our planners.  Once the manufacturing outline has been produced, it will be scanned into our database with its release to manufacturing.  Then our manufacturing coordinators will constantly track the progress of your part and give you a constant update until it is ready to ship
